·         All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

·         Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched for shipping.

·         You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Destinations:

Floriaa currently ships to multiple countries worldwide, depending on product availability and shipping eligibility at checkout.

If your location is not supported, you will be notified during checkout.


Shipping Time:

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and carrier:

·         Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

·         International Shipping: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


Shipping Costs:

·         Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

·         Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Information:

·         All orders are shipped with tracking numbers.

·         Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

·         Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Delayed or Lost Shipments:

·         We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist you.

·         Floriaa is not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, or carrier issues beyond our control.


Incorrect Address:

·         Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

·         Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund.

·         If you notice an address error, contact us immediately before the order is shipped.
